We consider circulation, door swings, fixture placement and the relationship between lighting, mirrors and surfaces. A primary bathroom, a shared household bathroom and a guest room can each ask for a different balance.
Keeping the layout and reworking the room are both worth discussing. The appropriate direction depends on existing conditions, the work involved and your priorities.

Tile, glass and fixtures are only part of a shower. Substrate preparation, waterproofing, drainage and transitions between surfaces need a coordinated approach.
Niches, seating, fixture locations and glass openings should be considered before the installation sequence is underway. We coordinate the appropriate trades for the agreed project rather than treat those details as separate purchases.
During planning we discuss the proposed work and what can be understood from the existing room. Concealed conditions may need to be addressed when finishes are removed; they cannot be confirmed from a photograph.

Good vanity planning brings storage and plumbing into the same drawing. Drawer depths, sink placement, mirror proportions and nearby outlets all affect how the space works.

Acacia coordinates the remodeling, construction and installation included in your proposal, working with appropriate trade partners for specialized work. We define that scope with you before construction rather than assume every project includes the same work.
What determines the price of a bathroom remodel?
The layout, existing conditions, cabinetry, fixtures, surfaces and amount of construction all affect the proposal. A vanity replacement and a full shower-and-layout renovation are different scopes. We develop project-specific pricing rather than publish a figure that may not fit your home.
Can you help plan the bathroom before we buy fixtures?
Yes. Bring your ideas before committing to fixtures or finishes. Dimensions, utility connections and the installation sequence need to work with the layout, cabinetry and surrounding surfaces.
