Every great kitchen

Before we talk about what yours could become, we'd love to show you what matters to us.

Explore kitchen remodeling

A kitchen that works
for the way you live.

The layout, the cabinetry, the materials—and the work that brings them together. Acacia manages complete kitchen renovations, from the first conversation through construction and installation.

Start with the room

Before choosing finishes,
understand the space.

A kitchen remodel starts with how you use the room. Where do you prepare food? What gets in the way? What would make storage, movement and time together easier?

We look at the space with you and take preliminary measurements for layout and estimating. Cabinet placement, appliance clearances, island proportions and storage are considered together, rather than as separate purchases.

Our Kitchen design experience offers a closer look at materials, planning drawings and visualization.

A coordinated renovation

The whole room.
One considered plan.

Acacia handles the remodeling, construction and installation. We coordinate the appropriate trade partners for demolition, cabinetry installation, countertops, tile, plumbing, electrical and the other work included in your project.

Selections need to work together, too. Depending on your project, we develop layouts, cabinet samples and coordinated material selections, and guide you toward local suppliers for stone, tile and plumbing fixtures.

Cabinetry is central to that planning. Our dedicated cabinetry company, Lark Cabinetry, specializes in manufacturing; Acacia coordinates the finished renovation. Explore custom cabinetry and cabinet replacement

What to expect

A conversation.
A direction.
Then the details.

Getting to know the project

A brief conversation helps us understand what you’re considering. From there, we schedule a meeting in your home. Bring the photographs and ideas you’ve been collecting; you don’t need a finished design before we talk.

Working through the choices

Once a preliminary design is developed, we prepare a proposal and meet to review it. We work through revisions and pricing adjustments until the design and scope are agreed upon. The room, materials and work involved shape the proposal; a photograph alone cannot establish the cost.

Preparing for construction

After the proposal is signed and the deposit is received, the project is added to the production schedule. Final selections, appliance specifications and field measurements inform cabinet adjustments and production. An approximate renovation start date is then established.

A few practical questions

Before we begin.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in St. George, Utah?

The cost of a kitchen remodel depends on the size of the space, the cabinetry, materials, finishes, and how much of the existing kitchen is being changed. Replacing cabinets and countertops while maintaining the current layout is a different undertaking than a complete renovation involving electrical, plumbing, flooring, and structural changes.

At Acacia, we develop a project-specific proposal based on your goals, the scope of work, and the materials you select. That way, you can make informed decisions before committing to construction.

How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?

Every kitchen is different. The timeline depends on the project's complexity, material availability, cabinetry production, and the amount of construction involved.

During planning, we'll discuss the anticipated schedule and identify the decisions needed before work begins. Once the design, selections, and final measurements are complete, we coordinate cabinetry production and establish an approximate construction start date.

Does Acacia handle the entire kitchen remodeling project?

Yes. Acacia manages complete kitchen renovations, including planning, cabinetry, demolition, installation, and coordination of the construction trades involved.

Our team oversees the project and works with qualified subcontractors when specialized trades are needed. You'll have a coordinated remodeling process rather than having to independently manage every part of the renovation.

Can I keep my existing kitchen layout and replace the cabinets?

Absolutely. Not every kitchen needs a completely new layout.

If the existing arrangement works well, replacing the cabinetry, countertops, and finishes can dramatically change how the kitchen looks and feels.

We can also explore modifications that improve storage, functionality, and workflow without requiring a complete reconfiguration of the space.
